The samurai sword or Katana was the samurai's primary weapon. These swords were made by master blacksmiths and are considered to be some of the finest swords ever made. They were razor sharp, and perfectly balanced to be used with one hand or two. Our version is 42 inches long and has a two-handed handle and a single edge, much like the original.

The Wakizashi sword was worn as a secondary blade by samurai warriors. Traditionally, the wakizashi was slightly curved and much higher quality than the ninja-toh. Samurai warriors always wore the katana and the wakizashi as a pair, on the same side. Our Wakizashi sword is 32 inches long with a two-handed handle and a single edge, similar to the Katana sword.
