Standard shipping for USA orders is via UPS Ground (usually 3-5 business days). Ground orders take 1-3 business days to process and prepare for shipping. Processing time for faster shipping methods is usually 1 business day. Please note that UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes.
For international orders, email us for Airmail Parcel Post rates.
No refunds are available, but we are happy to offer store credit for returned items.
